Gentle training emphasizing the positive

The Blue Ridge K-9 Training Center offers obedience training for all ages, sizes, and types of dogs. Beginning with Puppy Kindergarten classes for puppies under 5 months of age, the instructors will work with you to ensure that your puppy is well socialized and able to confidently go on into Puppy Basic or Basic Obedience classes. Dogs older than 5 months would start with Basic Obedience. See more info

Puppy K, Basic & Novice Obedience, and more!

Classes are generally 8 weeks long, except for Puppy K, which is 4 weeks long. **Our posted schedule is subject to updates and changes** In case of inclement weather, call (717) 794-2717. We will post a recorded message if a class is canceled or rescheduled. Well-behaved visitors of any age are welcome to watch classes in the seating area on both training floors. See more info about classes.

Prizewinning Texas Longhorns at Blue Ridge

Blue Ridge Longhorns are consistently in the ribbons and capturing championships at fairs and farm shows in the region. We offer breeding stock and quality show steers. We’ve even had some that were broke to ride! Not every cow is show-quality so there is generally a good selection of frozen Longhorn beef—no hormones, no antibiotics, and locally processed! See more on our longhorns.
